With the capacity to work to an ISO 9003 quality level, we follow proven Quality Assurance procedures, tracking all aspects of a job from the time we issue a quote for service right through to delivery and installation.

Inspections begin with verification of incoming materials to ensure that they meet quality requirements. In-process checks are conducted and recorded by the shop operators and foremen after welding, sub-assemblies, fabrication of each part and final assembly.

Every piece of equipment we machine and fabricate
is physically checked for compliance to specifications and visually inspected before it leaves the plant.

Non destructive examination (NDE) tests, including magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant inspection and radiography, are conducted at hold points. Finally, x-ray and ultrasound tests can be performed prior to shipping. Customers who wish to witness final tests or inspections are accommodated with pleasure. Products must meet your specified criteria.

Our Quality Assurance procedures are designed to prevent non-conformance. If any procedure or product is reported to be unsatisfactory, we will take prompt and thorough corrective action. We make sure the solution effectively addresses the immediate situation, as well as preventing any recurrence. And we keep our customers informed every step of the way.
