At TrentFab, it is our belief that some of the best supervisors come from the machine shop floor. Some of our foremen started their apprenticeship at the company over 25 years ago. Today we're increasing our apprenticeship program, and support members of the team in their efforts to upgrade related skills, by reimbursing 100% of the cost of continuing education courses upon successful completion.
We're looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join the Trentfab team. Our staff includes Certified Engineering Technologists, Draftsmen, Machinists, Tool and Die Makers, Millwrights, CWB certified Welders and conscientious support staff. C.W.B. Welding Tickets (or capable of obtaining them). Pipe welding, structural and plate fabrication, and custom fabrication for shop and/or field requirements. Ability to read blue prints.

| Millwrights |
$15.50/hr. to $19.35/hr |
Must have experience in various types of Manufacturing Plants. Pulp & paper mills, mining, and food industry preferred.

| Field Crew Foreman/Supervisor |
$40,000.00 to $60,000.00 |
Must have experience in most aspects of on site fabrication and installation.
Maintenance shut-downs involving welding, millwrighting, and steel fabrication.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Ability to meet customer schedules. Excellent customer relation skills a must.

Experience in custom manufacturing for pulp & paper and food industry preferred. Sheet metal experience.

| Project Administrators |
|
Experienced Project Administrators for custom fabrication and site installation service.
Must be able to work with customer from concept of completion of projects.
Project estimating and Auto Cad profieiency essential
